My story

My journey into Early Childhood Education begins over 2 decades ago when I was a stay-at-home Mom and opened my home to care for other people’s children as a way to be able to stay with home my babies while they were small and bring in some income. It was during this time I completely fell in love with working with children and knew deep within myself that this was what I was made to do. Once my youngest of 4 started kindergarten I took my first job in an infant Toddler center. The director at the time encouraged me to go to school for Early Childhood Education. That’s when I began my journey into truly learning and understanding children and never looked back.

I have worked in the capacity of infants, toddlers, preschoolers, Kindergarten, and Director.

This work has been my lifes biggest passion second to being a mother and now a Grandmother to 6 amazing Grandchildren.
